Sinsi Ong grew up in a Chinese family, and he worked for many years as a sound engineer for music festivals and artists on tour.

He has been a student of Buddhism since 1996.
He traveled to India for his first pilgrimage and started to study and practice meditation under the guidance of spiritual mentors of different traditions including:
Sonam Gyaltsen Rinpoche and Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche.

From 2006 to 2019, Sinsi did a three-year retreat and thereafter he lived, studied and was appointed as an instructor in the Dharma Center of Lerab Ling, Institute of Wisdom and Compassion.
He followed many cycles of studies and reflections, in Europe and in Asia.

He is working to share these wisdom teachings in a way that is clear and inclusive for modern people. In particular, he has a keen interest in how to transform our perceptions and free the mind from his limitations.

For the past eleven years, he is giving courses, workshops and retreats to meditation centers, yoga and wellness centers, psychologues, students organizations, event technology services.
