The Bootcamp Experience is designed for people who are really motivated and serious about practicing sitting meditation and not afraid of challenges. 

This is a personal meditation retreat adapted to your daily lifestyle.

You will meditate in your own environment for a certain duration of time, and you will attend sessions to receive instructions and support.

We have many options you can choose from.

A free intake is required before you can participate in this retreat.

All our Bootcamp Experiences are based on the contemplative techniques from the living wisdom of Tibet.
